  • The monthly service rates are based upon the Charge in Advance system, which collects fees on the first date of every billing cycle.
  • AIS Fibre installation and equipment with a combined value of 4,800 Baht are free of charge with a 12-month contract. If the customer cancels the service before the 12th billing cycle, the company reserves the right to collect the installation fee; the customer must return the equipment to the company. A proportion of the 4,800 Baht installation fee will be charged based on the number of months the customer has used the service.
  • If the customer chooses to pay the 4,800 Baht installation fee in the first month, there will be no restriction regarding the number of months available to the customer to use the service.
  • Customers are granted the right to borrow AIS Fibre equipment and a Dual Band WiFi Router (total value of 2,500 Baht) of which supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, free of charge. Customers must return all equipment to the company in the case of service termination.

  • Tips for the best efficiency:
    • For WiFi usage, the device should support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies.
    • For LAN usage, the LAN port on the computer should support 1 Gbps speed.
    • Please contact your device manufacturer if you wish to check your speed features of your device or check the information online on the manufacturer’s website.
  • Regarding the Shared Speed service, the speed and quality will depend on the number of users, traffic load at the moment of use, distance between the network hub and the user, the user’s device capability, and the server that the customer is trying to access. International servers will have lower transmission speeds than what is stated in the package.
  • The package is valid for 12 billing cycles.
  • This package cannot be used in conjunction with the 10% AIS customer discount promotion.
  • If the services are suspended because the credit limit has been reached or there are unpaid bills, the allowances in the package will be suspended. When the outstanding balance is paid (through acknowledged payment channels), the services in the packages will be restored.
  • SME BROADBAND package subscribers are not eligible to subscribe to the Playbox service.

    • The call rates after the promotional quota is reached are: free calls to any AIS landline number, 0.5 Baht per minute to any AIS mobile number, 2 Baht per minute for off-network numbers, 3 Baht per call for landline numbers within the same area code and 2 Baht per minute for calls to landline numbers outside the user’s area code.
