What happens if switch your mobile plan form postpaid to prepaid/change mobile number? add

Any changes to your mobile plan from Post to pre or change mobile number will result in cancellation of your current Disney+ Hotstar subscription. If you would like to access Disney+ Hotstar, you will need to subscribe again.

How do I change my Disney+ Hotstar package? add

  • A customer can change Disney+Hotstar package from a monthly plan to an annual plan by cancelling a monthly plan and then subscribe to an annual plan which it will be effective next bill cycle. For your benefit, we would like to recommend you to subscribe an annual plan after the expiry date of a monthly plan.
  • Please note that you will not be able to change your yearly plan to a monthly plan, and no refund will be provided if you decide to do so. For your benefit, we recommend you to use Disney+ Hotstar until the end of the current billing cycle and subscribe once it has expired.

An authorized person who is responsible for your number in your company or organization can cancel a package via AIS eBusiness Portal Click

Employee who is currently working in a company or organization (mobile holder) and making a payment via your credit card/debit card can cancel a package via AIS Corporate Call Center 1149.

How long will I be able to continue streaming after canceling/unsubscribing? add

Once you cancel your Disney+ Hotstar subscription or once your subscription expires, your access to Disney+ Hotstar will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; Enter the 4-digit code onto the app > Click ‘Continue’

On your desktop browser

Currently Disney+ Hotstar is not available on LG TV, Samsung Smart TV, Roku, PS4, PS5, Amazon Fire Stick. You will be able to watch Disney+ Hotstar on compatible devices such desktop browsers, mobile apps (iOS and Android), tablets, as well as Apple TV, Android TV and Chromecast. We are working to make Disney+ Hotstar available on this platform.

There are 4 streaming quality settings* available on Disney+ Hotstar: Auto, High, Medium and Low. Disney+ Hotstar also offers full HD (1080p resolution) picture quality for most content*. On Android TV* & Apple TV* Disney+ Hotstar apps, there is a selection of Ultra HD 4K movies, which will also have Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos included. (*compatible devices required)

Most English content will either have Thai dubs and/or subtitles. The majority of the global blockbuster movies will be available in Thai dubs.

When will I be charged for the Disney+ Hotstar offer on AIS? add

An authorized person who is responsible for your number in your company or organization

  • Once you subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar through AIS, you will be charged monthy package on your monthly billing cycle for 12 months .

  • Disney+Hotstar package charge for annual plan, For AIS Corporate postpaid customer, subscribing to Disney+Hotstar within 30/06/21 at yearly package price (July Bill cycle) and it is valid for 12 months. The next charge will be on 28/06/22.

Paying via Credit Card / Debit Card Conditions.

  1. A customer who applied for Disney+Hotstar package between 1-27 of the month, the next charge will be deducted 1 day prior to the start date of bill cycle.
  2. A customer who applied for Disney+Hotstar package between 28-31 of the month, the next charge will be deducted on the 27th prior to the start date of bill cycle.
AIS will send you an SMS to inform you before deducting a payment from your card 2 days and 1 day respectively prior to the charge date. A payment will be deducted automatically from your card on 2.00 a.m. If your payment continues to fail, your Disney+ Hotstar access will be terminated and you must be applying a package again later.

AIS is working with Disney towards making Disney+ Hotstar available via the AIS Playbox (Selected model) in due course

    • Customers who get PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package from main AIS and AIS Fibre package, will get Disney+ Hotstar immediately according to terms and conditions.

Can AIS Fibre customers with NON-AIS mobile number get Disney+ Hotstar privileges from PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY PREMIUM PLUS? add

Customers cannot use NON-AIS mobile number to get Disney+ Hotstar. Therefore, AIS company deliver postpaid SIM card and Disney+ Hotstar privileges on this SIM card, all service without additional fee.
