• The SME Office BROADBAND Plus package is available to residential installation sites only, such as Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) for house-type residents and Fibre-to-the-Room (FTTR) for apartment/condominium-type residents.
• Only Juristic person can subscribe.
• Subscriber is entitled to get discount of 4,800 Baht for installation and external wiring fees when agreed to subscribe AIS Fiber service for at least continuous 12 billing cycles (for new customer) from the installation date. The Company reserves its right to charge the installation fee based on the rate proportionally deducted by actual service period used if the subscriber cancels or changes the package with lower price before completing 12 billing cycles.
• Unless the subscriber chooses to pay 4,800 Baht for installation and external wiring fees in the first billing cycle, the compulsory terms on period or fixed package will not be applicable.
• Only Juristic can use the Free Public IPV4 service.
• Suggestions of full performance for subscribers
  • In case of usage via WiFi signal, the equipment used should support WiFi in both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz/5GHz ac.
  • In case of usage via LAN, such as computer, LAN port must support 1 Gbps speed.
  • Please contact the service center of equipment used by subscriber for inquiries about the features of equipment or check product features on the website.
• Speed of data joint-transmission: the quality and speed of usage will depend on the volume or number of users at the same time, the distance from internet network to user's location, the quality and efficiency of connected equipment including servers of websites to be surfed, especially international websites, may result in slower connection speed than specified in the package chosen.
• Wi-Fi Log Service: In case of installing more than 1 router of Mesh WiFi Router, Wi-Fi Log service can be used only for the device connected to Wi-Fi with main router.
• Subscriber is required to maintain the same package (Speed) until completing 12 billing cycle.
• 10% Discount Promotion for AIS subscribers is invalid for this package.
• If the activation is temporarily unavailable due to full credit limit or overdue payment, all services in the package will be suspended, after completing all overdue payments (at any payment channel) according to the conditions, all services in the package will be resumed as usual
• Subscriber is entitled to subscribe AIS Playbox as add-on package.

• Service fees are exclusive of VAT.

Terms and Conditions for Office’s Telephone Number

• Subscriber will be exempted of monthly service fee for Office’s Telephone Number, worth 100 Baht, and will get random telephone number based on province subscribing AIS Fiber.
• Privilege of free calls in the package is applicable within each billing cycle only. At the end of billing cycle, all remaining privileges will be reset to zero and cannot be accumulated to following billing cycles
• Any excess calls will be charged with normal service rates as follows: 0.50 Baht per minute for calls in AIS networks, 2 Baht per minute for calls in other networks, 3 Baht per call for any landline phone numbers within same province, 2 Baht per minute for any landline phone numbers in different provinces, however, calls to foreign countries will be charged based on service rates charged by IDD (AWN, AIN) Providers.
• Call rates are calculated in minutes/billing cycles. (Fractions of a minute will be rounded up to the next minute)
