Main Packages

• The package is available to Juristic customers who subscribe to a new postpaid number.
• For Existing Customer who subscribe SME Smart Messaging can change package.
• The system will charge the service fee for any messages completely received by destination number only.
• In case of non-MMS package, 12 Baht per MMS will be charged.
• Package allowances are valid for 6 billing cycles.
• This package is inapplicable to Smart Messaging service.
• Existing subscribers of Smart Messaging package are ineligible to change to this 'SME Smart Messaging' package.
• All package allowances will be terminated when the customer unsubscribes number, changes package, or switches ownership of the number.
• Service fees are exclusive of VAT.
• In case of suspending the service for full billing cycle, subscriber will be charged of normal monthly fees as specified by the Company.
• The package allowance for each billing cycle cannot be transferred to the next billing cycle.
• Usage allowances and service rates are for domestic use only and valid for private use only.
• To maintain our data service standards and give the best usage experience to our customers, AIS reserves the right to limit the data usage for downloading from BitTorrent, mobile hotspot sharing, continuous usage of an uncommonly high volume of data, commercial use, high data usage for file upload/download, or any kind of usage that may disrupt the network performance or other subscribers.

Ontop Packages

• The package is available to Juristic customers.
• This package is applicable to new customers and current customers using SME Smart Messaging service
• The system will charge the service fee for any messages completely received by destination number only.
• Additional package is valid for 30 days.
• This package is inapplicable to Smart Messaging service.
• Existing subscribers of Smart Messaging package are ineligible to change to this 'SME Smart Messaging' package.
• All package allowances will be terminated when the customer unsubscribes number, changes package, or switches ownership of the number.
• Service fees are exclusive of VAT.
• In case of suspending the service for full billing cycle, subscriber will be charged of normal monthly fees as specified by the Company.
• The package allowance for each billing cycle cannot be transferred to the next billing cycle.
